I started a thread a few weeks ago under the same theme.
My questions this time are also to do with my Dihydrocodeine taper
Should i dose twice or three times per day - Example 1 - 240mg 6am & 240mg 6pm or example 2 - 180mg 6am, 180mg 12pm, 180mg 6pm? (I do realise the 3 dose per day regime means taking 540mg per day instead of 480mg)
After the first 2 days i plan to start cutting my dose by around 60mg per day if comfortable, the only problem is that i only have 13x120mg CONTINUS - Prolonged Release & 11x60mg CONTINUS -Prolonged Release tablets left and i know that they will run out long before my taper plan.
I do luckily have plenty of 30mg Dihydrocodeine tablets available from tomorrow but the problem is that they are instant release, how do i go about implementing these into my taper?
