Hcv

.i have being diagnosed positive for hcv (hepatitis C ) virus . Sad thing .. am really disapointed with myself so much knowledge about viruses and still do stupid things there are acctually many encounters in which i could get this shit.. nevermind the important is that i got this devil in my system... at least its not HIV or cancer though thats a relief .. also i got the 3a gonotype which is said that has 80% curing rate thats also encouraging ..

iwould like if you would tell me any advice on the topic what to do and what not to anybody with the same problem i would aprieciate it alot.
I have already started to try rest more (the fatigue and the bad sleep are now explained)
