Opioids How can i take away the tiredness from my eyes from methadone and keep the high?

They feel so good but they get my eyes tired. whyyyyyyyy. is there anyway to take that away besides cofee. maybe a shower. i dont wanna mess up the europhia =]. It always seems too make my eyes very tired. Without anything else bieng taken in the day? im on 15 mg. thanks
