Stimulants how many mgs and units of water to use to shoot meth?

i have 30 unit needles and like 1 gram of meth. i've been told that i will only need like .1g of meth but i dont know if that is true or how many units of water i should draw it up in.
so my questions are:
1) how many g's of meth should i use and how many units of water with it?
2) how long after i do the shot should i wait until i do another one?

I used .1 my first IV meth experience, thats what i would do if i were you.
1. Just use enough warm water to completely cover your .1 (not much water is needed) Let it dissolve and just suck it up right outta the spoon and you're ready to go.
2. 4-5 hours is a good rule of thumb when waiting for your next shot

I don't IV often, but tend to dilute a half weight with 40ml water

ok some more questions for you:
i've read that there is something called a "cough". what is that? is it like when u shoot it it makes u cough? or what?
also after i do it a couple of times what is the most amount of g's that i can do at once?
