RCs Legality of Methylphenidate (Ritalin) in Canada??

Hi everyone, just had a question about the legality of Methylphenidate in Canada. I have read that it is illegal without a prescription, is that true? Because in Schedule III of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act it says:

SCHEDULE III
(Sections 2 to 7, 29, 55 and 60)

Amphetamines, their salts, derivatives, isomers and analogues and salts of derivatives, isomers and analogues including:

amphetamine (α–methylbenzeneethanamine)
(2)
[Repealed, SOR/2005–235, s. 2]
(3)
N–ethylamphetamine (N–ethyl–α–methylbenzeneethanamine)
......

but not including

(23)
Methamphetamine (N,α-dimethylbenzeneethanamine)

Methylphenidate (α–phenyl–2–piperidineacetic acid methyl ester) and any salt thereof
3.
Methaqualone (2–methyl–3–(2–methylphenyl)–4(3H)–quinazolinone) and any salt thereof
......

Wouldn't this mean it is legal and able to be imported into Canada?

Just because it is not included in Sch III doesn't mean it isn't scheduled.

So is it legal or illegal? I did a search for Methylphenidate in the 'Controlled Drugs and Substances Act' here: http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-38.8/ and the only part Methylphenidate showed up was in Schedule III.
