thwarted again by my sensitivity to drugs! did my research and took a very reasonable dose but am currently experiencing intense dizziness and nausea and shaking from kratom.

anyone have any ideas how i can ease this?

please please and thanks

Vomit and wait. It's a common reaction before your body gets used to it.

vomit - check. waiting underway. should i try to make myself eat? took on an empty stomach if that changes anything...

Smoke marijuana IMO, if you have it available. It's about the only thing that will take the feeling away IME.

If I feel like vomiting due to a drug, I find eating helps. It's counter-intuitive, but has never let me down, especially with opioids or something similar like kratom which I've personally eaten on in order to alleviate nausea. Something like yogurt should go down easily.

I never take opiates on an empty stomach. People should realize that most of the dizziness is because of the empty stomach unless you've taken way too much.

Vomiting, smokign marijuana, taking anti-nausea medications (ondansetron, diphenhydramine, promethazine), and waiting are the best options.
