Heroin Tips for finding H

So SWIM is not from here but goes to school in Bloomington, IN and has always loved to nod out heroin being his drug of choice. In his hometown he has no problem picking up but in Bloomington it seems like a complete dry scene. Anyone have any good tips for how to find something like this or someone with it. He has asked many people with no leads coming about at all.
 
Why would it get locked this isnt for specifics just general advice towards SWIMS situation
 
Bluelight isn't here to help you score dope. This thread is basically asking "Where do I get dope?" Sorry.

Also we don't SWIM.
