Stimulants Adderall XR - to blow or swallow?

I use to snort these things like no tomorrow back in high school, but now that I am older and matured I'm wondering can these be taken orally to get high, or is blowing them the way to go? I know the xr's should be crushed and taken as powder orally, but is snorting it more effective? Anyone have experience or opinion on this? I have 6 30mg caps in front of me i'm just not sure what to do with, blow or swallow?
 
Amphetamines are more bioavaliable (more effective) if eaten, but snorted produces a faster onset more suited to recreational usage.

This belongs in basic drug discussion but as it has been answered I will close it. Use google next time
