I have heard that you can get hep c from sniffing drugs through sharing straws, dirty bills, etc., but I was wondering if it is possible to contract it from sniffing drugs itself if you use your own straw? As in the drug itself had microscopic traces of hep c on it that weren't visible?

None of us could possibly know whether your drugs have Hep C in them. It's not some natural by-product from manufacturing certain substances. It's passed from one carrier to a recipient through various means.
The drugs don't directly give you Hep C, lack of hygiene and malpractice does.
You can't give yourself Hep C. An imperceptible amount of blood from an infected user must enter the bloodstream of somebody to transmit the infection. Unless one of the many dealers handling your goods is infected and spreads the infection by tainting the product inadvertently, there is no reason to worry so long as you stay smart and safe and never share needles or bills etc.
