qutting pristiq?

well i have been taking pristiq for severe depression and moderate anxiety. i feel like the main benefits i get from it namely a blunting of emotional extremes (both positive and negative) have to do with dopamine suppression. i also have sexual anhedonia. i can ejaculate without feeling pleasure. when im off meds this slightly improved. last year, about two days after starting paxil, i ejaculated with extreme pleasure. i have a feeling that i have sub-permanently desensitized the 5ht1a serotonin receptor as thats the only one i can think of involved in orgasms. i believe i ejaculate before i build up orgasmic pleasure. perhaps its a sex drive issue? i feel tempted to quit pristiq but i live with some family members and if they see me cry they're going to do everything they can to stop me from moving out into an aparment and having an independent life. perhaps a change of lifestyle would stop the tears but its risky at the moment
