Misc Taking Zolpidem

Hi Im wondering if i crush up 30mg's of zolpidem (ambien) and take it like a goodie powder would it do the same as insufflation. would it hit me quick and strong?

and also wonder for the past 3 nights i have been insufflating 20 - 30mgs of zolpidem the first night was 40mgs actually. is this safe i plan to stop using zolpidems for a while after this last night.

zolpidem is safe yes no probs

however what you do while under its influence may not be, but if you had that dose before go for it

a bit of insomnia is the worst that you could get when stopping it, but if your not using it to sleep anyway well maybe not even that. But to be honest I just take the dam pills now they come on very quickly for an oral dose it really isn't worth the crushing and snorting unless you have some insufflation ROA addiction
