What do you mean by "acid"?
Sulfuric acid will burn your face. How to avoid this? Don't let it come in contact with your face...
If you mean LSD - no, it will not burn your face. It might if you stick lots of hits of blotter paper to your face, but if you're doing that, it sounds like you've had enough acid already...

Acid will burn your face in two instances.
Apple bobbing in car batteries.
Sticking a sheet of blotters to your face and setting fire to it.
Both of which are NOT events you are likely to encounter without forewarning.

Simple....
Don't take enough acid to make you think your face is on fire....
If this was a serious post maybe post it so it makes a little more sense to encourage a sensible answer.
