When "laundering" comes up in narcotics cases, it usually involves concealing money. Not so in the latest case at Orlando International Airport. A Colombian laundry used heroin as starch for shirts and jeans and hired a smuggler to take the clothes into Florida.

there is a video out at the moment called
'Exit Wounds'. sounds exactly like this movie.

This is from a very good book I am reading at the moment called Snow Blind, by Robert Sabbag. It is about a 1970's cocaine smuggler...
He invested $1000 in the failed attempt to saturate a hankerchief with an aqueous solution of cocaine- twenty grams converted to gum on the supposition that he might do the same with his clothing, wait for it to dry, then wear the cocaine through Customs. He pictured himself crossing the border in a white suit, wearing a matching hat with a broad brim and a long white, not unsullied plume. It had worked with salt. He experimented with cocaine's miscibility in other liquids, but with no greater success.
