I'm supposed to get some "Green Cartier" in the next few days. Does anyone know if they are a good pill.

Nah, it doesn't matter where *you* are 
But it's helpful to know where the pills are circulating so that you can get decent info that's applicable to your particular batch. It's happened in the past (eg. with Green ?s for one) that there have been two different batches, for example an MDxx-based batch in Sydney and then a speed-based batch in Melbourne 2 weeks later, that kind of overlap and people get confused about which ones are good. Unless, they have regionally specific info to help them out
