Ducks - Sydney/Canberra

hmmm, i wish i had more of a description than this... but i'm researching for a friend of a friend ahhh well, any information is better than none. can anyone tell me anything about so-called 'ducks'??

they tested green/orange if anyone's interested, i'm pretty sure they're a local effort as well.
