Pill info needed:- CK Blue - Sydney area

Anyone know any info on "blue CK" pills, each pill is wraped in heat-shrink plastic. Its the first time ive seen this.

There's already a thread about Blue cK's in sydney - unfortunately not much info at the moment, but hopefully we can keep any info in the same spot so it's easier to find.
