Heroin just looking for some help

Hi guys, i'm a noob here and i just read all the FAQs and searched the forum and such to make sure i dont fuck up right away, but im still torn as to whether this is going to be allowed or not. I guess i'm a little bit dumb

Anyways, I was just wondering what someone could do right away for vicious cravings and withdrawal if say, they have no money and no suboxone or anything available to them. The person I'm referring to just recently began heavy heroin usage and is now feeling the withdrawal from said use.

I'd appreciate any help offered!

Check out the Other Drugs Directory. There are several guides to opioid withdrawal available (including this one) with tons of great information, and OTC medications that can help ease the symptoms.
