Those little pocket bump dispenser things...

These questions are about those little rocket shaped bump dispensers - the ones you spin the mini cup around to get your bump into it, then hold it to your nose, cover the hole on the side, breath in, let go of the hole, and the bump of whatever shoots up your nose. It's the device that Mr Horse showed me at Love Parade, if that helps anyone identify it.
So here's my questions:
1) Do they have a name - cos it's a prick trying to describe them.

2) How much do they deliver per bump - is it very accurate, or does it vary a lot from bump to bump?
3) How much do they hold? I saw two sizes, one was $19.95 and the other was $24.95...

I did that and came up with COCAINE: Snuff Rocket ? in the Other Drugs forum. This led the SnuffRocket website, where they had these:

pleo, the best ones i've seen are these acrylic 'Bullets'

the deluxe model is pretty cool, its in clear acrylic so you can see what going on in there, and i believe are fairly consistent. also you don't want metal ones... metal ones set off metal detectors...
you can buy em online here... and they have been known to be in the same sorta shops that sell eztesters...but i think it would be best to order online and get the deluxe one

ps. small ones =1g, medium =1.5g, large =3g (there prolly the sizes you've seen)

i have seen these available in kings cross up here in sydney... i'm sure you melbourne people have some sort of equivalent place to purchase dodgy things...
it was in a tobacconist/pawn shop type store...
woo hoo i used the gun... i thought it would be appropriate...

yep i have seen as well in porn store/tobaconist store on oxford st the ones that sell bongs and shit (Sydney). have a look in them stores i would say otherwise i guess the net is the go.

I've found a place that sells the ones RBB is talking about, so that's not a problem anymore... so if anyone knows the answers to the other questions it'd be much appreciated!

My advice with these devices is to use them ONLY for powders that have a "shallow" dose response. The bumps they measure out are inconsistent (though it may be a factor of experience with using them). If you use them for a powder for which a measured dose is crucial, then IMHO you are asking for trouble. They are convenient, but they are not an analytical measure by any means.

pleo, if i can find it, you can have mine... what a pain in the arse they are. at first you'll think yeah handy... but the novelty wheres off, and really they're a pain. probably only good for k. otherwise your bumping till the cows come home.
the ones sold down commercial only come in the medium size, but a few nice colours.
by the way... i've always called it a "bump bottle"
 
didn't like it as well. troublesome. and sometimes when ure too f**ked ... u tilt it and it gets on the floor!

Yeah I'd have to agree with eddi and Jerox!!! They're not all that great and I've had it drop on the floor etc etc!!!
Also when I'm fucked (well with mine anyway), I have a lot of trouble using mine so it's not all it's cracked out to be!

can be handy if your used to using them and whatever your using them for is cut in the right proportion i guess.
Buuuut i am in agreement with Jerox and Eddi, they can be a pain.
Especially if you've loaded it and are ready to go, still on the dance floor, forgotten about it and start bouncing around to the music and spill it all over yourself.
Then wonder why some of your friends are either giggling their arses off or yelling, "Noooooooo!"

We call it a bung. Could be 'cos it's got a rubbery bung bit in it or 'cos you bung it up your nose.
Either way, if you're so fucked up you spill your bump on the floor... um, put your drugs in your pocket and enjoy being fucked up and then use it when you're not a mental cripple anymore.

Basically the plan was to use it for K... but only if it was reasonably accurate (which I'm starting to doubt it is). Ahhhh bugger it, I know I'd regret buying one after only two weeks - maybe I should just resist the novelty!

They are the bomb! Some people dont like them because of the fact that they dont really measure out accurate bumps, but I love them. See, I only ever use it with K, and it measures out JUST the right dosage.
But I tell ya, ive never seen one of those gorgeous metal ones!! *drool*
Might have to look into one of those!
I love em, and it use it all the time *hangs head in shame*
Only problem is, they collect a lot of the powder, so cleaning it up can get messy (if u know what I mean)
