get someone behind you (that's taller) and stretch your arms up above your head as high as you can go, then have them pull your arms up even higher, then have them run their fingers lightly down your arms....

Try this:
Get the person to stand or sit with their head relaxed so that their chin is on their chest. There should be two ridges down either side of the persons spine, extending from the base of the skull down to the start of the trapezius muscles. Put your index and middle fingers about 1.5 inches apart to either side of the spine down near the trapezius. Push really hard (dont kill them) and slowly move up the spine to the point where the spine joins the skull (that bump in the middle of the head). If you get it right it will turn anyone to jelly. Remember, you need to push harder than you think. Enjoy!
