Stimulants Memantine for Adderall Tolerance

Hey,

Are you supposed to take memantine WITH your adderall?
Or are you supposed to take it by a few days before you take adderall, etc?

You would take the NMDA antagonist (this is memantine's pharmacological effect, as well as being a non-competitive antagonist 5HT3 receptor, and also acts as a non-competitive antagonist at different neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs), as well as being a D2 receptor agonist
