This isn't really the best title as I am far from an addict but I am just wondering what a realistic time period for amp tolerance reduction is. I am on 60 mg a day and I take 1-3 day breaks often, and I may occasional take an extra on particularly heavy days of work. First is it possible to almost eliminate most tolerance after a month + of abstaining? Does tolerance go up faster aged you have been tolerant once? And can the original effects of the drug ever be reclaimed? I am not looking to tweak maybe just a bit of a mood lift. How much tolerance can be reduced in say 7 days for example?

Tolerance= for people who've been eating amps daily for several years since they were diagnosed w/ ADHD as kids, not for people who take them off and on for a few months.

Just eat the amps on an empty stomach each time you do them and you won't ever have to worry about tolerance.

BTW the second you try crystal is the second you stop worrying about amp tolerance
