Opioids Jurnista Hydromoprhone - anyway to get around it?

OK so there are these relatively Jurnista/Janssen hydromorphone pills that are 24hr release and supposedly unabusable. I've seen this discussed here on bluelight, but I haven't seen anyone able to come up with a way to bypass their anti-abuse mechanism. This anti-abuse mechanism also seems to affect pain management patients isn't as helpful for them.

From what I've read, this new system used in these Jurnista hydrmorphone pills is the best anti-abuse system yet devised for any medication. With my little knowledge, it seems they use a system known as L-OROS that uses osmosis to slowly release the hydrmoprhone from the pill based on the osmotic pressure difference between the surrounding environment and inside the pill.

So basically I'm wondering if anyone has yet found out a way to bypass this system and make the hydromorphone found in these pills a little more usable/accessable. I'm not interested in IVing them or anything, but I would at least like to have access to the hydrmorphone that is hidden inside these pills.

If I am not mistaken, I think they use the same system as concerta, and I remember someone making a thread on how to extract the methylphenidate from concerta, so it may work the same way with jurnista.

It's possible yes. You need to use reverse osmosis.

Isn't Jurnista built up of two seperate parts? One is the hydromorphone-part, the other is the osmose-part. At first, I'd try to cut them apart, then I'd try to extract the hydroM with the extraction, don't know how it goes though. Alcohol extraction?

yea, just like concerta is, so I would assume that extraction method posted by a member here awhile ago that included step-by-step pictures of the extraction would work on this......not 100% sure though.
