what do you want tips on? you need to specify lol.

my advice would be to get a test kit, get the best rolls you can get from the trustiest person you can find. eat them or crush them up and swallow. have fun?
 
Have a blast. You've rolled before, do what you like doing.
 
Roll with amazing friends. Preferably sexy girls who love to give you tons and tons of hugs and or massages :b

In reality it's a no brainer....find some good tunes, some good friends and roll...
 
If you have rolled before I don't really see what advice there is to give. Taking a 7 month break is no different than taking a 5 month or 10 year break really, The experience doesn't drastically change.
