Is taking 150mg of mdma while also taking xyzal and sudafed for allergies dangerous?

I have been taking xyzal(Allergy med) and sudafed sinus for my allergies. I read in the dangerous drug combo facts that combining mdma and chlorpheniramine (found in some cough medicines and anti-allergic preparations)(antihistamine 2D med-high 151) is dangerous. So I went on the rx xyzal site and saw that xyzal has 4-chlorophenyl it. The names are very close, which scares me because if I have any adverse effects from the two combined, ill also have an asthema attack from the panic/stress etc. From what I remember in highschool chem, the chemicals are different, so I should be safe, but, I want to be sure.

Note the mdma is pure, and only mdma.

Ive rolled before, when I took zyrtec, and I was fine then. Idk just paranoid about it lol.

If you've done it before then why are you worried about it?

There's some overlap between the metabolism of xyzal and MDMA, but nothing that leaps out at me as an obvious danger. If it were me, I wouldn't be afraid of this combination.
