Stimulants What's better at a tolerance stand point?

Which scenario would cause tolerance to not build so fast? I mean which scenario is better and will make Adderall tolerance build slower as to make the effects of Adderall better?

1. Taking 40mg of Adderall at once (3 days a week)

or

2. Taking 20mg of Adderall in morning, 20mg mid-day (3 days a week)

One higher dose is going to raise tolerance quicker then multiple doses, but eventually that 20mg first dose is going to have to be upped regardless. The only way to keep tolerance at bay is abstinence, 1 or twice a month is ideal to keep it low.

Really? Wow I've heard otherwise actually (that taking multiple doses like half now half later would raise tolerance qucker) Thanks for your input.

Anybody else have input on this? The more the merrier thank u so much.
