Left over egg white?

So I have a shitload of eggwhites in my fridge from making cakes and creme brulees and other stuff over the last few days. Anyone hacve any ideas what I could do with them? Starter or main course ideas are what i'm after here, I don't like merangues.
 
It's a shame that you don't like meringues, since the first thing that came to mind was a Pavlova. Basically it's a delicious cake that is little more than a giant meringue. Very tasty.

You could make an Angel Food Cake if you're still thinking sweets. Otherwise, if you're aiming for savoury, I'd agree with AfterGlow: soufflé, egg white omelet/fritatta/quiche. I'd mix in a whole egg or two into the omelet etc. choices for flavour myself.
 
What, real men don't bake? pfft. Grow up.
 
In my grandmother's hometown, there was a glut in egg-yolk-rich recipes like flans, yema, etc, because they used egg whites in adobe home construction.

Just sayin...
