What 's your new year's resolution?

For me:
I plan to get healthier and healthier.
I will do this by increasing my efforts in yoga, meditation, running, biking, and swimming, as well as at the gym.
I will use drugs less often.


How about you?
 
2009 was my year to transition. i did all the shit with that, hormones, name change, surgery. my resolution for 2010 is to just start living LIFE, and not worry about trans stuff all the time. i'm spending a semester abroad at oxford, and hopefully i can go a bit early and just travel/backpack around europe. of course to do that i'll need money, so this year i need to get a job. also want to maintain all A's in school. and i wanna get healthier. i plan on cutting down on smoking and drinking, and limit drug use as well. also once i'm recovered from surgery i'm going to work out more.

My concrete resolution : To find time to go spinning at the gym at least 2 to 3 times a week. Do weights when I get home from work. Thats really all, because I've been quite good with my meditation and yoga plus staying away from white stuff and refined sugar (except for a few days after Christmas, when I gave in :X)
I'm back on track again though :D
 
Be more positive
End daily drinking (haven't drank in 2010 yet, so far so good)
Stop swearing
Cut down on cigarettes
Be more positive
 
Give up cocaine and alcohol for good.
Never snort a line of anything ever again.
Increase my health and wealth.

My only vice shall be benzos.
 
Stop watching porn.
Cut binge drinking from like 3 - 4 times a month on average down to 1 - 2 times on average.
Dont roll more than 4 times for the whole year.
Buy a vaporizer!
 
Roll seasonally, once every three months.
Set a LOW limit whenever I drink before I ruin moments, my relationships, and get alcohol poisoning (again?)!

and uh. that's it. otherwise, i'm all for improving myself without the new year's motivation.

OH AND GET A JOB like that'll ever happen.

so far I'm doing well on my yearly goals. i've accomplished all of them the past 2 years except the buying a house which I plan to do soon. i also had to back burner my fitness goals.. deadlifting 700 is not going to happen in my lifetime after my injury. oh well.

and run through all th bitches I can to make up for getting married at 19

To finally take enough viatmins everyday, not just days after a bad drug binge.

To try either 2c-p/2c-c/ or 2c-t-4.
 
1- to continue to lose weight. i have lost over 100 lbs and should, scratch that, WILL reach my goal this year. i have done it on my own with no help from any sugery. and i am almost where i want to be!

2-to not allow myself to be sucked into another bad relationship. planning on staying single this year. this one's gonna be harder.

i really need to cut out the random binges. also, i want to read all the great american novels i haven't gotten to and be able to bench press 2x my own weight, as well as work my midsection to achieve the best core strength i can.

My resolutions

-Become a vegetarian(actually, "pescetarian" would be more accurate as I see no reason to exclude omega-3 rich fish from my diet).
-Excersie more, both physically and spiritually(yoga, meditation)
