Im just getting ready to tune into the new George Carlin HBO special "Its Bad For You." Anyone else here going to watch it? I'm so excited, i know its gonna be hilarious. George Carlin is the man!

I liked it a lot more than his last HBO special which I felt was sort of flat. More coherent comments upon a second viewing, I promise...

Yea i plan to watch it again because I nodded out throughout half of it, but for the most part I remember enjoying it a lot. I'm sure there are sites where you can view the whole skit online. I'm sure its already on youtube aswell.

I viewed this program, and found it to be awful. Most of his material was based on his age (70) and the process of death and dying. I just did not enjoy the special at all, was very disappointed.

I find that when comedians get too obsessed with politics, they get so concerned about getting their message across that they forget to be funny in the process. Carlin's lost his edge. (See also: Jon Stewart and David Cross)
