, i just saw the trailer for this remake and it looks horrible..i have no idea wh ts ilmis being remade..i mean, for all that have seen the original, we will already know the big plot point(dudes inside the house)and for all the teenybopers that ddnt see the origina tey annouce during the trailer that the calls are coming from inside the house..WTF..where wil lthe suspense come from??i dunno, this remake is so pointless...

Agree. This is one remake I will not be checking out. I was 6 when the original came out and started babysitting at 10. So that shit scared me then. Have you seen the sequel? That made me laugh.

iv seen the sequel, and i liked the first 20 minutes bu after that it got boring an far fetchd.i mean, remember when the killer literally PAINTS himself so he can hide/blend in the background!!!i was like WTF....

I know! The painted killer was way out there but under the right influence the thought freaks me out.

I had same thoughts as your first post Belfort. Why give away so much in the preview? It's a cliched idea to begin with, but then to give away the majority of the story in the 1 minute preview just makes it seem not even worth watching, much less spending money on.

i personally cant tell too much from the 2 tv adverts i have seen. unlike many movies they do not pack in the twelve best sences of the film into thirty six seconds of airtime.
