if you've not seen sifl and olly, check it out - they may be inanimate but they have heaps of personality:

yes yes yes :D

um... i'll go faye dunaway and warren betty - Bonnie and Clyde too.

and there's more, i'll have a think and come back.

yes to patsy and edina, great and drunk!
and good call on the sting. i love that movie and really love redford in it.

there have to be many other film dramatic foils out there....

Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson, Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker

Travolta and Cage were good when they both played opposite rolls. (If you consider them a duo)

Huge ab fab fan, so def Patsy and Eddie...But I can watch will and grace all day long if it has scenes with Karen. Prefer Karen and her maid to Karen and jack. I so love that old lush. Another boss/maid duo that kicked ass was old jefferson and florence.

You know who else I love, old movies with Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor, they were a trip together.

d'oh! how could I forget, david spade and chris farley, i love their movies, no matter how stupid.

edit again, (this is a fun one to think about) Cheech and chong!!!

Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte - 48 hrs and another 48 hrs....great comic chemistry between those two, yet i suppose Eddie is good with nearly anyone
