I had a mate tell me that on the news tonight (I don't know what channel) they were going to do an article about people ordering drugs on the internet. The only drugs that I've ever heard people ordering on the internet are pharms, and mainly research chems, but that industry fell apart about 8 months ago.

It wouldn't suprise me if the media is a bit slow to catch on.

Anyway I missed the news. Did anybody see this? Can you tell me what it was about?

I can't seem to find a link but saw it on one of the major broadcasters main news reports. There was a worldwide operation in multiple countries, including one in Perth. They were after people in charge of online 'e-pharmacies' that sell prescription drugs over the internet without prescriptions.

I've had spam from such companies in my email offering drugs such as viagra, vicodin, valium, morphine etc... for sale no questions asked. Seems like the authorities are trying to prevent the misuse of prescription drugs by hitting unauthorised sellers/dealers.
