Film-Taking Lives

Just wanted to say that this movie really sucked ass. I went to see it with a bunch of my friends because during the preview for it, it said it was "the scariest movie since Silence of The Lambs" and like it said all this other bullshit and since I like scary movies I thought it would be tite. Well, the movie ended up really sucking ass. It was more of a mystery, crime scene type of movie rather than a horror flick. IMO, It's the type of movie that your mom would want to see. I REALLY wish I would of seen Dawn Of The Dead instead. =/

Oh and for anyone who has seen this movie--Did anyone notice how the opening car crash scene was so goddamn cheezy? I mean how can a fucking car fly that high by running over someone? Haha, I laughed my ass off when I saw that.
 
i went to see it yesterday with a friend, and it was definatley not what the previews made it out to be. it looked like a horror movie, and ended up to be a crime/mystery thing. I did like it though, just because i like the murder mystery movies. was anyone else bummed out that it just wasnt what they made it to sound like??
 
i really don't want to see this movie.....I hate Angelina Jolie and one of my friends saw it this weekend and said they laughed through the whole movie because it was so corny.
 
Her films have been lacking ever since she left Billybob and became ma teresa. I respect what she has done for all those people in the third world countries however her work has taken a turn for the worse. TROY will be a big test for her. I can not believe this is the same chick who made GIA.
 
i'm obsessed with angelina, however i heard from someone today that i should just wait until it comes out on video. this thing is not getting good reviews. which is sad, because she's such a good actress and is so fucking hot.
 
If you're obsessed with Angelina, then check out the film (as she looks great in it)... It's not as bad as it's been made out to be IMO.
 
did anyone else notice, or was it just me....in the beginning of hte movie when she is laying in the grave, does it sound like she used her "Tomb Raider/British" accent for a second?

Speaking of Billy Bob, what a hottie. Except in Bad Santa...but jesus christ that movie was SO funny i almost pissed myself.
 
Taking Lives

I went to the theatre to see this movie with foul attitude. I really thought it was going to be a waste of $7.50 and 2 hours. We got there and I have to say that I was pretty impressed with this movie. It had a twisted story and a hot sex scene with Angelina Jolie.

I'm not going to sit here and tell you what the movie is about; you have to go see for yourself. But here is the movie trailer to give you some clues. I give this movie 4 1/2 stars! YAY. Taking Lives

just because someone is hot not does not a good movie make

nor does it mean that the movie will be good

have some taste!!

and we all know that sometimes actors make missteps.

At the end of the movie taken lives where ethan hawke stabs anegelina and hes wearing those bad ass sunglasses. WHAT KINDA SUNGLASSES ARE THOSE I MUST HAVE THEM!!!!!

dont forget her performance in the 1995 hit thriller hackers, but more importantly ETHANS SUNGLASSES. if any of you havent seen this movie it sucks, except angelinas tits and ethans sunglasses, if you havent checked them out i suggest you do so, right now.

Anyway, the movie was a let down in the mystery/thriller sense. The ending got me though because I am a sucker. I thought it was cool how the final scenes were in a town very close to my home town.

The sex scene was hot though.
 
i actually enjoyed this movie, saw it a while ago but im sure it'll still be good
 
watching Angelina run around aint too bad. as for the rest of the film -- gruesome and mediocore. could have been worse, though. kiefer sutherland is good at playing enigmas.
