I'm aware that these toads are a pest in your backyards. I'm curios to know if these toads are similiar to Bufo Alvarius ( colorado river frog) in that u can extract their venom for DMT?

There are several species of toads which produce venom that has psychoactive properties. The venom of one species (Bufo alvarius) contains both 5-MeO-DMT and bufotenin, while several others contain only bufotenin. The psychoactivity of 5-MeO-DMT is clearly established and more data is coming to light which suggests that bufotenin is equally psychoactive (both smoked and oral) although somewhat less potent [Ott, 2000]. While dried toad skins are sold by some vendors, there is little benefit to this method as toad venom can be collected without harming the toad.

Gives credence to the addadge "Kiss the toad and it turns into a Prince"

Perhaps too many visuals here

what happened to this thread? there was twice as many posts as this and they have disapeared.

Obviously, all the off-topic posts that had nothing to do with bufo marinus have been removed. The discussion has nothing to do with whether people think toads are disgusting or not... it's Drug Discussion, so in order to focus the discussion on the psychoactive produced by the frog the posts going off on tangents have been split away from the thread. Threads are periodically cleaned up in an attempt to improve the "signal to noise ratio" in the archives.

The original question can be paraphrased as "Is bufo marinus related to bufo alvarius?"...
