Hi,

Ages ago I saw a little series late at night on my tv called The Maxx. I thought it was brilliant and I would love to see it again but I can't find a VIDEO of it anywhere. Can anyone help on this?

Also, feel free to just discuss The Maxx in general :)

Fuck it, if I can get a DVD then I'll buy a DVD player to watch it with.

I watched this years ago, it was very good.... and weird at the same time....

Hmm Ebay, is there anywhere else? I never bought anything on Ebay before and for some reason I feel really nervous about it.

Yeah there was a bit of a rabbit theme in The MAXX. Also there were heaps of little creatures called the idz or something that lived in the outback.
My memories of it are pretty vague but I do remember that I really liked it and looked forward to watching it. Used to be on just before Aeon Flux I think.
 
i had forgotten all about the maxx. i loved that show. now i'm going to have to search for it! those little id things were quite creative little adversaries.

Yes. But here in Australia I watched it on SBS.

WOW, I haven't heard or seen this show since Liquid MTV was around.
And that was 10 years ago!
Anyhow, make sure you get the last episode of the show because he takes his mask off at the end and reveals a shocking surprise!

This show was so dark and deep....

i watched it high and it unnerved me so much and i dont know why...it was fuckin intense.

There was just somethin about it that struck some kinda deep ass chord in me and made me wonder why i felt it so much
 
I had a friend who was a huge "The Maxx" fan. Seems like you don't run into too many lukewarm enthusiasts for the show--they're always "It was the best. Period."
