Speed Bombs and E's

Okay, I thought that I had ecstasy for NYE but it turns out after testing it, thanks to your help, that it is actually a speed bomb. What is the difference between the two? I realise that speed is addictive, so how much does it take to be addicted? I know that speed, keeps you up longer and gives you more energy than an E would? What are some of the other affects and dangers? Any info would be good!
