Great link with cool info, but I guess with that US zero tolerance feel.
I loved the conclusion (and I selectively quote)...

Man, that sounds like a 1940's War propaganda statement. On a paranoid note, the American Government is starting a war against its own people. One day ravers may be persecuted quite horrifically, or on a high note, perhaps the DEA will learn to understand that we are all the same people, living life, trying to make sense of things, becoming part of our own community.
