film: it's a mad mad mad mad world.

it's on TCM right now (1:30 p.m. est). it came on at 12:00 actually.

this movie is awesome.

i've seen it probably 10 times.

btw, it's the letterbox version.

i like letterbox.

i recall seeing a movie recently. as i was watching the movie, which was poorly made, i remember thinking "this movie is a rip off of It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World".

i like older movies.

on a side note, i was hanging out with a friend and his girlfriend. we were talking about movies. i was saying how i love old movies. she said she hated old movies. as i was flipping through the channels i happened upon Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. as we watched about 5 minutes of it she said "i can't watch this movie, it's old", or something to that effect.

i wanted to tell her she was stupid, but i didn't because i'm nice.

Was the rip off movie Rat Race? Coz I thought it was a complete rip-off.

This movie has a huge cast and must of cost a fortune at the time to make, but it's way too long. Seriously there should have been at least an hour cut out of the film. Some classic moments in there for sure.
