was lying near the swimming pool reading a book of short stories when i came across the above:
intro:
there are crimes that aren't punishable by imprisonment or fines. there's no official felony called Grievous Mental Harm.
so planned to post this before i ever read the story ( which bought tears to my eyes ).
anyway to tease -- published worldwide 1998.
can you track down author???

or are you challenging me to find the author?

ok -- i do hope johnboy isn't offended -- does he live in melbourne.
my son will possibly go to sydney in early june but he is very anti-drugs and the two of you would probably fight like wildcats.
