Reading that it sounds like we should approach him in a white overcoat and pacify the small wounded beast, before we snap him with a tranquiliser gun.
 
BAH HAHAHAHAHHA, perhaps we should keep the tweakers on a chain. I think they missed one out:
7. To keep a tweaker amused, always carry a stick or tennis ball, and ask fim to 'fetch'
