i just got some powder, and have put it in capsules that i emptied of antibiotics. Will the capsules dissolve quickly enough, or should i just swallow it with water/#
The capsules will dissolve fine, not a problem. The only thing is that a lot of caps used for antibiotics etc give some people a real kick in the guts, so I advise that you eat something beforehand to avoid nausea.

Better to get clean caps tho. Some health food stores will carry them , but get suspicious if they see you week after week wanting empty capsules.
panadols dont seem to be to bad to either open or ingest.
