Getting drug tested and want to find out some info

I will be getting random drug tests this year. i have been given a booklet with "cutoff" levels of certain drugs and time that they stay in your system. they included;

present in system

Cocaine - 3 days
MDMA/MDA/amphetamines - 2/4 days
Benzo - up to 20 days

cut off levels

Cocaine - 50 micrograms per litre
MDMA/MDA/Amphetamines - 50 per litre

i was worried that although it says that xtc will only stay in my system for up to 4 days, what about the other things that are put into pills to fill them up, ie benzo-pharamacuticals that can last in the system for alot longer than four days.

does anyone have any info or experience with this???
