did anyone else know that adam sandlers movies Mr.Deeds was really just a remake of an old black and white film starring Gary Cooper and Jean Arthur? Oh and if n e one wanted to know the movies name was mr. deeds goes to town

Yeah, it is, in a hollywood-remake sense of it. I haven't seen the original however.
