Your experiences dating someone with BPD?

I'm curious how it went since I met a woman with BPD but she decided she wasnt ready for anything.I guess I just want to know if the relationship was doomed from the beginning and if she saved me from a living hell?

It might start out nice enough but later it becomes "I hate you, don't leave me". It's so tiring and if you get one with a psycho edge it can turn real ugly.

Yeah I figured it would end bad plus I suffer from anxiety/depression and think that would make things worse.

This dude I knew did, one time we were chilling and she was begging him to hit her, eventually he pimp slapped her. I thought it was funny like "damn this girls crazy."

After their extremely brutal break up she was slandering him including "he hit me." Bitch you LITERALLY asked for it!

Yes, unfortunately personality disorders (unless treated) practically tend to make true love impossible.

Absolutely doesn't have to, but still it wouldn't have worked. And if it had, you better check yourself before you wreck yourself. Because that means you got serious issues as well.

She mentioned she takes lithium and something else but also said she quit seeing her therapist 2 years ago and knows what the issue is but doesnt want to resolve it :/
