Random young couple sharing a bed in parents house?

Is it an issue? Most people I've talked to say it's okay, (over 18+). I lived in Ireland and it's pretty liberal compared to my country in Africa where that'd be out of the question unless they're married.

I've never really understood the marriage argument and why some think it's not respectful. I guess "my house, my rules" applies but what is it about sharing a bed that some find not respectful.

Me and my girlfriend live at her parents House. I’m 19 she 18. They litterally refuse my offer to pay rent. I just gotta walk the dog and clean sometimes. We live in Denmark and it’s Pretty normal in Scandinavian countries IMO.
