ok i found this poem i wrote many years ago about my first bf but as i read it ...it just reminded me of the same shit i went through with my latest ex.
The little lies you whispered to me
confused in reality
With hands that caressed me
Your arms embraced me
Do you really love me?
You fucking tricked me
In my mind and deep inside
The darknesss swallows
I feel so hollow
Blood runs down my cheek
Broken glass under bare feet
Why do I love you still
Your like an addictive pill
The touches smooth my face
my mouth lingers your taste
Lips so bold
Can't break from your hold
Do you really love me?
You fucking tricked me
Your eyes intrance
Down my back your fingers danced
The chills you sent down my spine
The clock loses time
Fear runs through my vains
This maschistic pain
Do you really love me?
cause you fucking tricked me

wow - i think that this is just so gorgeous
it really touched me too - i can so relate
my boyfriend dumped me about a month ago - and although i gave him my heart i just found out that he never really wanted me and he doesn't/couldn't give a fuck
i feel more than just rejected, i also feel done or tricked or something - i think your poem captured it perfectly/beautifully

[The Enhancer]

When I graduated high school what seems like an eternity ago, someone wrote in my yearbook,
"What a tangled web we weave when at first we learn to deceive." When we are in love or love someone it is very easy for us to be tricked and decieved because we let our guard down.
I am sorry that this man(boy) and the most current hurt you in this way. Eventually, we are destined to find someone that will correct the mistakes of our past loves. I've been hurt, I think we all have at some point, but don't give up, you'll find him.
