(Yopo-4ish seeds) - 2nd time - Nothing special

In this report, I'm going to try and compare and contrast the effects of the 2 methods, as there is no real info on the net that compares the 2 methods, which is very irritating. Over the next few months, I will probably attempt a couple more trips on this substance to help put more info out for those wanting to try it.

To begin, for smoking it, as opposed to preparing the snuff, I just roasted the seeds in the microwave for 45 seconds, and peeled all the skin off. Regrettably, I did not crush the seeds into a powder, which I will be sure to do next time. To smoke, I used a bong, and applied a normal lighter directly to the substance. Due to me not crushing it up, I was smoking large chunks so I doubt I actually consumed 4ish seeds, and more likely only truly consumed 1-2.

To begin, I broke up my first seed into 5-6 pieces and put all of the first seed into the bowl. I took a medium-large sized hit and held it in for atleast 10 seconds. I took 3 hits off of each weed. I was attempting to do it quickly, so my tolerance wouldn't be raising as I was still consuming it. In hindsight, I should have prepared better, because after I finished the 1st seed my arms and legs were starting to feel very heavy. I crushed up the next seed, and did the same procedure. After that one, my entire body was slick with sweat, so lighting the lighter was getting hard. At this point, I laid back for a minute or too, as my arms and legs felt too heavy to continue. This was another mistake, as it allowed my tolerance to really begin growing.

I finally managed to find the strength to do the 3rd seed, but it didn't give me too much effect. The fourth I don't think added anything at all.

Rating the effects on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being no effect and 10 being on par with snorting, it were as follows:
Visual hallucinations: 3. I saw some static like patterns on the wall, and colors were more vibrant, but no trees turning into eagles like with insufflating.
Nausea: 1. No nausea at all, where I threw up multiple times the other way.
Pain: 3. It started to get hard to smoke that much, but it was nothing like insufflation.
Audio hallucinations: 1. No audio hallucinations whatsoever, unlike some "tribal" music like last time.
Body load: 5. At once point I felt like I couldn't breath, but the body load wasn't so bad that it was unpleasant. It was strangely pleasant, though somewhat painful. It really helped put me into more of a meditative state.

Overall, I do think I enjoyed it more than insufflation just because of the lack of pain this way. It was extremely painful to take the yopo snuff last time, but I did get more pronounced effects. I'd like some suggestions on getting a better effect from smoking it, as I think there's ways I could get stronger effects. Would making snuff and then smoking that work better?
