Misc Yellowish meph.

Hi folks,

Somebody sent me a picture of recently purchased yellowish meph:

Somebody also said it has stronger smell then usually.
Did you ever come in touch with meph looking like this?
Does the colour mean it's contaminated? Or started to decompose?
What does the meph decomposes to? Are meph's decomposition products more toxic then the meph itself?
