Anyone heard of these? My guy usually has legit pills, but pacmans seem kinda weirdddd.

Yes I have heard of them. My guy in the 760 area just picked them up. He Just bought a kit too. He said they were legit on test but I haven't tested them myself. You might want to ask if he has a test kit, and if he does then ask him to test in front of you
