~**Xx Call for applicants to mod PandS xX**~

Though irreplaceable, PandS is in need of a staff member to replace Foreigner, now that he is an admin. Even if you don't post here too often but would like to be more active here, feel free to apply. Part of the point of getting new staff is to make positive changes to the place to make it an attractive posting venue for a wider group of individuals.

The application is as follows:

Some qualities we are looking for:
- open minded to different points of view (even ones you disagree with)
- an active interest in philosophical or spiritual subjects, or both
- enough time to dedicate to regular moderator duties
- a penchant for lively discussion

Here are some questions we would like you to answer when you submit your application to us:

1) How much time do you have to moderate P&S on average per day?

2) Where are you located? (We need to know your time zone)

3) What interests you in moderating P&S and what do you feel you will bring to the forum?

5) How do you think P&S could be improved and what would your suggestion(s) be to improve it?

6) What is the last thing you have read, or are currently reading?

7) Is there anything else you would like to add or tell us about yourself?
