Xanax and alcohol - Have I screwed up?

Basically I got my hands on a few 2mg xanax bars today, and thought I would give it a go. I have absolutely no benzo tolerance what so ever, and as the bars broke up in transit, I dosed the two smallest chunks - about 3 hours apart (estimated 0.25 - 0.5mg) total dosage. Decided to crack open a beer, and am half way through my can and am suddenly feeling pretty slow...

Have only just realised what I've done: xanax + alcohol...probably not great. Am I fucked?

On the plus side, you could burn my house down and gang rape me at the same time, and I wouldn't give a flying fuck...
 
No you are fine at the moment.
You screw up when you begin to beat people up, shoplift and go to the interwebz write shite and buy crap you dont need. All this is normal when mixing these types of drugs. Dont do it again.
 
Ahh right, so I'm not in danger of blacking out or any shit like that providing I don't take more of anything? (which I don't plan to). Benzos aren't my think, I just got them thrown in with another order of mine and thought I would see what the fuss is about.

Considering I have to be in work tomorrow morning, I don't fancy blacking out and waking up 2 days later with a sore arse and women's knickers around my head...

As long as you don't keep drinking and/or popping pills recklessly, you'll be fine. What happens alot of times, though, is that people's inhibitions get lowered and they think"fuck I'll have another pill and another beer", and the cycle continues that's when you end up blacking out.
